At the end of the complimentary warranty period, a maintenance and support contract can be purchased.
As with OrthoView’s warranty, OrthoView’s software maintenance contract covers the following:
- Access to the MyOrthoview.com customer portal for access to OrthoView’s digital orthopaedic template library and pre-operative planning training materials
- Requests for new templates not currently in the Digital Template Library (Please note: Ability to fulfill requests is subject to availability of manufacturer data)
- Software updates and bug fixes as available for your OrthoView solution
- Access to technical and applications support via email and phone
OrthoView Technical Support
Technical support for OrthoView software is available to OrthoView partners, customers and end users who are in possession of a current software maintenance contract. If your OrthoView solution was not purchased directly from OrthoView, your technical support may be available through your OrthoView vendor.
